I don't think West Sacramento is interested in shaking their, "lookin' for a whore? Head to West Sacramento" stigma. In fact, seems they've embraced their prostitution legacy. Thirty motels and no waiting? That's a cheaters Shangri-La. In a morality soaked world maybe West Sacramento is embracing their one stop shop for debauchery.
West Sacramento, if I may suggest a new motto: A place to nail, after losing the detective tail.
