Sacramentoninites, it's raining, so be sure to turn on your lights. I was ticketed a few weeks ago for, "not having lights on during rainy conditions." The patrol officer was so smug as he handed me that ticket. Cut down on officer smugness! Turn on your lights!

PS: Also, you probably shouldn't be reading this while driving. As threat levels go (to the drivers around you), reading a blog while cruising is about an orange.
