I have always wondered, why the German populace sheepily (a word now) followed a wicked guy like Hitler? How could they so quickly give him the reins? Why did they cheer him?
And, then, I went to a Sacramento Kings game, and saw hundreds of people screaming and waving and pushing for a free t-shirt.
People are idiots.
I bet Hitler gave out free t-shirts before each speech.
