See? I have been busy. My day pretty much consists of:
1. Waking up
2. Class
3. Working out (I sometimes skip this step)
4. Shows
5. Sleep
It's a fast-paced life here in the big city!
This evening I was lucky enough to see Johnny Roast Beef, The Signatures, and Carl and the Passions. The Passions were, far and away the best show. You put TJ and Noah Gregoropoulus together and it's hard not to be mesmerized. They're phenomenal. There work reinforces the importance of "becoming" a character, and maintaining to commit again and again to that character.
I have numerous notes, from classes, from shows, from musings while wandering about the Lakeview area, and I'll add them to this blog as I go. If you have any questions about what I have seen, call or email. I love talking about this stuff.
Oh, and I know I'm throwing a lot of random stuff out in one post, but I should mention the quality of food around this area. Amazing! Plum Blossom, and this pains me to say, pales in comparison to Young's Chinese food, a restaurant a few blocks from my Chi studio (and they deliver till midnight!). In fact, I'm pretty hungry at the moment. Maybe I'll go order something. I'm out!

That's a lot of improv. Does nobody script anything in that town???
And why nothing in the post about what happened to your beard.
I'm calling my next group "Paul's Lost Beard"...that may have different meanings in certain circles...but names should make you think.
