If I were that solider, the first thing I'd do when I got home was punch my kid in the face. The kid wished for snow? Dad's dodging bullets and IEDs and you wish for snow? Christ kid, if you have that sort of mystical wish power, wish your dad home, and out of harms way. Stupid offspring.
