Do you ever get nervous eating eggs? Me too! I worry the yolk, oozing about the plate will be unmanageable. It bursts out of the egg and within seconds everything on that breakfast plate can be yolk infested. What risk! Engineering yolk rivers away from pancakes and ham and bacon is vital.
