I'm not condemning all Houstonians, but this is one of the first images that greeted me as I arrived. Flowers stitched onto a jean jacket, bedazzled pants (these babies shimmer), and a multicolored broach (it looks like a fantastically highlighted pomeranion pinned down.)
These people know fashion!
