Risky Business

I found a package of English Muffins buried in the back of my pantry. They're old, I know that, How old? I couldn't begin to guess. I can't find an expiration date.

I could definitely go for muffin. What's the worst that could happen? I ingest some mold. I'm sure somewhere, at sometime mold was regarded as a delicacy. We'll go with that.
