In my hunt for the perfect apartment complex, I cam across this gem in Ohio:



"The court has placed the property with a receiver who is offering the property for sale, as is, where is."

Um. What? Where is? Who purchases and moves a 60 unit apartment complex? I'd love to see that. In fact, I may make an offer on the property, express my desire to buy, only if they help move the complex to California.
