I Shan't Buy Your Apartment

I'm responsible for finding property investment opportunities. Realtors try all sorts of things to get you to check out their offerings. For instance, I came across a listing today that priced each unit at $11,111.11:


Really? I'm offended for a couple reasons. This yahoo assumes a bunch of repeating numbers will peak my interest? I'm not that easily amused buddy. Secondly, I think we can safely assume the value of each apartment isn't $11,111.11, which means this gent (tool) is manipulating the price just to get views. I'm not interested in working with someone who 'creatively prices' (lies).
