There are many kinds of applause. I hate those that are less congratulatory and more statement. Don't turn applause into a here's-what-I-believe-look-at-me moment. I hate seeing/hearing self-centered kudos.
I'm talking to all you LeBron haters at Center Court. I get it, you're happy to see the elite fall. You don't need to cheer every Cavalier stumble. You smell of smug.
(Speaking of self-centered, Center Court is quite the Chris Webber shrine. I can't speak to the quality of C.C.'s food, but they pour a wonderful Diet Coke...or nine. I think I had nine, maybe ten. Either way, I'm wired.)
