Have you seen the Terminator Salvation trailer? Near the end, a couple explosions rock the city, and as the camera pulls back the face of a terminator emerges in the rubble.

I imagine this is similar to how people currently see me. At first, they see only the acne warheads that have detonated, and then, they realize the decimated areas are part of my face. Oh! Snap!
