Firefox is getting sluggish, but I've figured out a solution. Whenever I start Firefox, and it's appears to be doing nothing, I fire up Internet Explorer too. Suddenly, as if jealous, Firefox roars to life. I'm sure there's a more scientific explanation, but I like thinking I have envious browsers.
