I'm all for being a romantic, but let's agree, some things are nauseating. For instance, I find sharing the same Facebook profile picture with your girlfriend, or boyfriend, stomach churning coupleishness.
For the love of god, be your own person. And, that's coming from someone who is, at times (a well placed qualifier), co-dependent.

I AGREE! I sooooo understand what you're saying. My facebook is my facebook. Sure my boyfriend is on there, but you know what? I have my life, he has his, we share ours....but I don't need to mark my territory by shoving his face on every picture!
Yah, it does come across like territory marking. Look, I get it...you love each other.
Wait...shouldn't you be teaching at 9:47 am? Don't leave the children to their own devices. I did that once whie subbing, until I heard the sound of dice. The kids were playing craps.
