A couple Parking Enforcement (PE) fellas chatting it up. I imagine their conversation goes like this:
PE #1: Morning.
PE #2: Kayak!
PE #2: Kayak!
PE #1: Do you ever feel like we're not doing anything with our lives?
PE #2: Kayak!
PE #1: I know my parents aren't proud of me. How could they be?
PE #2: Kayak?
PE #1: For god sake! I wear a helmet and scribble on paper! A trained idiot could do this.
PE #2: .....
PE #1: I'm sorry. I didn't mean you.
PE #2: KAYAK!!
