As I considered going to the gym for a second time last night, it occurred to me: working out is dangerous. You condition your body to expect an endorphin flood daily. What happens if it stops? What happens if you break your legs and can't work out for a couple months? You're body won't be happy.
You'll start off compensating with sugar, and then caffeine. Eventually you'll be doing lines of coke off a bookcase shelf while injecting heroin into your eyeball. It can happen! Your body demands the rush! Stimulants! Stimulants! Stimulants!
Had you never worked out would you be a strung out wretch? Probably not. Working out is a gateway drug. Be safe. Be lazy.
