1200 calories a day is going to be the death of me.

That is way too low for you! You are like 6 feet tall, right? You should consult with a nutritionist.

Well, let me amend the 1200 thing. I actually eat about 1700-1800 calories, but my workout burns about 500 off. I guess I should say I net 1200 calories a day. My gross is 1700 :)

Paul- I don't believe that is enough to sustain your daily body functioning, even 17-1800. I would go for at least 2000 for your age, sex, and body type. Sex meaning gender, not that you're getting any. I mean, you could be of course, but that would go towards your physical... anyway.

So, if I am getting some I should increase my caloric intake? In that case, I better increase to 5000 calories. Thanks for the tip! :)
