I don't typically notice light fixtures. I do, however, notice those resembling condoms angled at my head.
Who at Chicago Fire thought, "this restaurant is missing something. Penises!" Did they commission the shape, or did they mosey into their local Home Depot and request cock lights. "We love it! We'll take 30!"
