What do they do with homeless men and women that die? I can't imagine the State coughs up the cash for a burial (assuming they have the cash to cough). So, what happens? Do they have a Tomb of the Unknown Homeless? Is the tomb guarded 24/7 by other homeless? That's how I envision it.
