A team of Chinese researchers predict the internet doubles every 5.32 years. It took an entire team to predict that? Hell, I predict it'll double in 7 years, and I'm just a team of one (my brother is the Army of One). And, my prediction was free. I bet those Chinese researchers charged a pretty yen for their work.
Sadly, if these paid guessers are correct, my blog will become become twice as obscure on Saturday, May 17th, 2014. Bookmark my blog now! Don't risk losing my insight during the doubling hubbub.
Jokes on you researchers, though. Forgetting about the galactic alignments? According to the Mayans we'll all be dead come 2012. Fools! Instead of doubling it looks like you better be halving the internet to zero.
P.S. Halving to zero is impossible. The truth is, the smallest you can get is .00324. Try it!

Hehe. Yen is Japanese. ;)
Snap! You're right. I busted out the wikipedia, and it seems the Chinese use the "yuan."
