I spent my Saturday morn cleaning out my truck. As I was throwing away papers scattered throughout the backseat I noticed this note I scribbled weeks ago at a church service:
"It's a good thing Mary didn't eat a lot of fish. It would have been strange to have an autistic Jesus."
Autistic Jesus would be a great name for a band.

I'd bet my bong that the level of mercury in the fish back then was nearly non-existent. Also, it's been said by some that some followers of Judaism in that time had primarily a pescetarian diet, so Mary in all probability ate a lot of fish. Maybe you should be happy that little baby Jesus wasn't given an immunization shot.
