Queen of Sheeba

I admire small businesses and I have a romanticized vision of their owners: brave, inspired, confident. Sinking money into a business, into a hope, should be rewarded....assuming the product is great. At Queen of Sheeba, it is. They are the sole Ethiopian restaurant of Sacramento, but sadly the monopoly hasn't translated into business. This place is always a ghost town.

P.S. It should speak volumes that I, as a germaphobe, love eating at a place where ones hands are the utensils. I love me some Chicken Tibbs.
