Tricksters

Screw you Bella Vista! That's right, I said it! They've tricked me. I was hired under the assumption I'd have a smooth day subbing AP History, but where did they stick me; I'm suffering in Study Skills.

"Oh we reassigned you," they informed me as I entered the office. I wanted you say, "did you now, fuckers," but that'd get me fired. And, a firing would be bad, because subbing is easy work....typically. Today, however, I get to spend my day repeating:

"Put away that cellphone."
"Don't touch him."
"Take out your books."

Ahhhhhhh!! These kids have zero drive. They don't care about school. Study Skills is another way to spell "prison for everyone." I hate being here. They hate being here. I can't force them to study, and they don't want to study. It's a tug-o-war the whole time. Weep for me.
