Building Momentum

I find it so much easier to shed the pounds if I have a few days of working out behind me. The momentum is the key. A flurry of excercise encourages a month of diet changes and gym trips. The reason is pretty funny, when I think about it. I, simply, don't want those first few workout sessions to have been a complete waste of time. I, therefore, compliment those first sessions with more sessions and radical calorie counting.

Now, I need that spurt of working out to inspire. It's a comin'. It better be. I guess it'll come as soon as I stop writing and start working. Damn. I better get moving then.
