Past Month: More Sweat and Less Weight

Good grief (I hate Peanuts but I like that phrase)! It's been nearly a month since jotting down the inner monologues of me. So, what's been goin’ on??

Crazy weight loss son! Since mid April I've lost 32 pounds. Heck yes! I'm slimmin’ down and it feels fantastic. I think my current weight is as low as I've been in many years, and I don't plan on slowing down until I lose another 18. I look better with muscular definition (I’m also weight lifting regularly), and with massive amounts of biking my legs are once again transforming into tree trunks.

If I weren't inspired to lose weight, I never would. That sounds lame in print. What I meant was, losing weight alone isn't the motivator. My goal keeps me working everyday. When I slack off I remember what I want, and I get back on the bike or I keep doing the sit ups. If I get the chance to say, "mission accomplished," believe me, I'll be the happiest guy ever.

I was in an accident and am trying to get rid of a lot of belly bulge. Proud to know you are doing well and it is an incentive for me. Thanks.
